We want you to be happy with Subnetlens. There is a free tier so you can try the core product before buying, and Pro is backed by the guarantee below.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you purchase a Subnetlens Pro licence and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email support@subnetlens.com from the address you used to purchase, including your order number or licence key. We process eligible refunds promptly.

We process refunds directly to your original payment method via our payment provider (Stripe). Depending on your bank, a refund may take a few business days to appear. Your card statement will show a descriptor identifying this purchase; if you don't recognise a charge, email us the date and amount and we'll identify it.

After a refund

When a refund is issued, the associated Pro licence is deactivated and the application reverts to the Free tier. Your locally stored data (scans, settings) stays on your machine.

Your statutory rights

This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you also have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of purchase for digital content; this voluntary 14-day guarantee is offered in addition to (not instead of) your statutory rights. Note that the statutory right to cancel may be waived once download and activation of the Software begins. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
