7-day money-back guarantee
If you purchase a Subnetlens Pro licence and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Email support@subnetlens.com from the address you used to purchase, including your order number or licence key. We process eligible refunds promptly.
Purchases are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, who processes payments and refunds on our behalf. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and, depending on your bank, may take a few business days to appear.
After a refund
When a refund is issued, the associated Pro licence is deactivated and the application reverts to the Free tier. Your locally stored data (scans, settings) stays on your machine.
Your statutory rights
This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law. As Merchant of Record, Paddle may also honour refunds as required by law (for example, EU/UK consumer rights). Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
